The Alabama Advantage is an agency program of the Alabama Department of Economics and Community Affairs (ADECA) that coordinates a statewide network of communities facilitating relocation and retirement efforts. The guidebook contains information on communities, both large urban and suburban, and smaller rural municipalities and counties, which participate in the Alabama Advantage program.      Given the fact that retirees visit at least three times before they relocate, I hope that you are planning a trip to Alabama.
