As a local economic development initiative, our community has established General Purpose Foreign Trade Zone number 233.  Several industrial park areas (see list) are included in the zone and additions can be arranged based on client needs and qualifications.  The zone can benefit distribution activities and can offer companies the following:

• No duty payment on damaged goods tariffs
• Relief from inverted tariffs
• Improved cash flow
• Reduction in paperwork
• No duty on military and government related sales
