Southeast Alabama Regional Planning and Development Commission.
     Community and Economic Development Departments provide a wide range of services to help communities and businesses. The Economic Development Department provides some technical assistance services and has three small business revolving loan programs: micro loans, intermediary relending program loans, and revolving loan fund.

     Small Business Development Center.

Troy State University—Dothan.
