Don and Barbara Holley own and operate Coffee Baking Company, an
independent bakery located in rural Geneva County, near Samson. Coffee Baking
Company began operations in April, 1996 and has since grown from 2 to 14
employees. Coffee Baking Company produces over thirty different types of cakes
for the wholesale grocery industry. Their product is marketed under the name of
Holley's Sweets and can be found in most grocery stores in Southeast Alabama.
